Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all bookings, memberships, events, courses, examinations and related services ("Services") offered or promoted by the Foundation via its website, payment pages and authorised channels.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require full or partial payment as specified on the relevant booking page.
• Payments are accepted through authorised payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree / Instamojo etc.).
• Until payment is received and confirmed, the booking remains provisional.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete KYC, suspected fraud, or technical issues.

3. User Information & Accuracy

Users must provide accurate and complete information (name, contact number, email, student details etc.) at the time of booking. The Foundation is not liable for failures or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Confirmation & Official Letter

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email or SMS. Additionally, an official Confirmation Letter issued by our team will be sent to the email address provided by you within the timeline stated in the Booking Page or as otherwise communicated.

6. Changes to Events / Services

The Foundation may modify event dates, times, program schedules or speakers due to operational reasons. We will notify registered participants as early as possible and will offer alternatives or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

The Foundation’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant booking. The Foundation shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images and materials published on the website or provided during an event are the intellectual property of the Foundation or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon / New Delhi.
